This mid-century modern home had fallen into disrepair due to years of deferred maintenance. The property was designed in the 1950’s by a renown San Francisco architect for Dunbar and Mary Carpenter. The family asked Benchmark Builders to restore the home to its former glory. Period-specific Port Orford cedar paneling was used throughout. Stone and glass typical of the style were brought back to life. Today, the finished house retains its original architectural integrity.
